The data we receive

When you buy: your name, your WhatsApp number and/or e-mail address, and the payment reference. This data is used only to deliver your guide, answer your questions and meet our accounting obligations.

Your customer account

To buy, order or try our software, you create an account: name, e-mail and/or phone, country and password. Your password is encrypted: nobody, not even WJ GROUP, can read it. A login cookie ("wj_session") keeps you logged in for 30 days.

Offers and news

If you agree by ticking the box provided (it is never ticked in advance), we send you our offers, news and promotions by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp. You can stop at any time from the "My account" page or by writing to us. Your details are never sold.

Payments

Payments are processed by the operators (Mobile Money, banks, payment providers). We never receive your card number or secret codes.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies (only the login cookie). Your settings, your cart (text size, light or dark theme) are stored only in your browser.
